Help with order
I placed two separate orders for items since early September and have not received either. I can not get in touch with Customer Service. This is horrible service and I will never order from Roaman’s

Called about a strange charge to my credit card and the woman Jen that took my call was SO very rude and inconsiderate. She cared nothing about the issue and brushed me off saying well you signed up for the program.
I explained that if I did it was in error, I hadnt used it and that I wanted to cancel. She said I had to call a different number and that there was nothing SHE could do. It was all about her tone and inflection.very impersonal and uncaring.
Companies should really hire PEOPLE persons to take customer calls etc and not rude people!! I dont know that I will be ordering again if they trick you into signing up for programs you dont want and if Roamans is going to have these type of individuals taking orders and customer calls.just unacceptable

Ok when I spoke to first customer service about continuing to receive wrong itemsshe hung up on me.
Called back immediately and spoke to Maria and was told what would happen with my returning wrong item. This happened to me three times within the last 9 months and I have been donating my wrong items I received to charity.
The shipping costs are high and you charge to credit my account.
Maria was very professional and explained and apologized for the wrong shipped items.
I feel she was listening to my concerns. If you notice I have been a customer for over 30 years.
Just had to voice my concerns.
