I dont understand why you dont send return labels like you use to! I had to go to 4 different Fed Ex locations before I found one to take my pkg! VERY inconvenient!!! Turns me off to ordering!! Why do you send an extra label sent to ME? I dont need another one printed out to ME!!!

It took 3 months for my 92 year old grandmother to get credit for an item she paid for in June but never received. She ordered a total of seven item, however, one item was missing, and an extra item was thrown in (hot pink bikini top). It was return on 6/29/22 from USPS, and it took to 7/12/22 to be picked up, after being returned on 7/9/22 stating moved, left no address. Roman's has a horrible and unorganized return method. This is unacceptable as a professional business.

I was given an online code for 50%off, they refused to honor it.be careful with codes and coupons, they will find reasons not to honor them, then try to pressure you to buy anyway.

Boots was a great disappointment!

Received the boots on 10-06-22 was of poor quality, could feel card board bending in the heel when you press your feet in them,ask for wide width,the shoe part was so narrow that the zipper part could not come together, but the top part was like a big fan, no return label,so I had to pay 16.55 to return this trash boots made in China.Your products are not good as they use to be! constanceglenn339@***.com

Poor Customer Care

Called about a strange charge to my credit card and the woman Jen that took my call was SO very rude and inconsiderate. She cared nothing about the issue and brushed me off saying well you signed up for the program.

I explained that if I did it was in error, I hadnt used it and that I wanted to cancel. She said I had to call a different number and that there was nothing SHE could do. It was all about her tone and inflection.very impersonal and uncaring.

Companies should really hire PEOPLE persons to take customer calls etc and not rude people!! I dont know that I will be ordering again if they trick you into signing up for programs you dont want and if Roamans is going to have these type of individuals taking orders and customer calls.just unacceptable

Received wrong items

Ok when I spoke to first customer service about continuing to receive wrong itemsshe hung up on me.

Called back immediately and spoke to Maria and was told what would happen with my returning wrong item. This happened to me three times within the last 9 months and I have been donating my wrong items I received to charity.

The shipping costs are high and you charge to credit my account.

Maria was very professional and explained and apologized for the wrong shipped items.

I feel she was listening to my concerns. If you notice I have been a customer for over 30 years.

Just had to voice my concerns.
