Online order on 12/8 two items. one item shipped on 12/10 due for delivery on 12/14 Item marked damaged undeliverable, statement to contact merchant.

When was usps or fedex going to notify roamans re undeliverable package? I called on 12/17 five min wait spoke to Glenda she was of NO help. 5 min transfer to C/S Spoke with Lola the damaged item credited and re ordered to be delivered 12/21. Lola was sympathetic, apologetic but it does not help me as it is a gift to be given at a holiday party, 12/19.

Second item did not ship until 12/14, six days after Angry order....for real, for delivery on 12/19. I'm not holding my breath. It is going to be a long, long, long time before I order again from Lane Bryant owned companies. Apologies this late, does not help.

Amazon does a better job got to use them.
