Roamans - Horrible Customer Service
Canceled my credit card over an $8.57 in which I spent several hours and several days on the phone with their terrible customer service dept over a $8.57 charge that they are unable to justify. I finally gave up and told the last so called customer service (Aaron) rep to take me to court over the $8.57 charge.
They are the worst company's customer service dept that I have ever dealt with. I want to be clear that the issue lies with Roaman's customer service dept and not with the credit card company they were actually pretty helpful in setting up a three way conversation with the Roamans customer service rep.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $9.
