I ordered 3 polo shirts. I got the email saying my shirts were delivered.

Problem is, they were delivered somewhere else. I never got them. While that is the fault of the mail carrier, I have emailed Roaman's numerous times to tell them what happened and they refuse to answer any of my emails! They have ignored each one.

This was the first time I ever placed an order with them, and it will be the last. They treat their customers like garbage! I've filed a complaint with the post office but they can't do anything about. Wait till the bill comes, I'm not paying for something I never got.

They didn't even have they professional courtesy to acknowledge receiving my emails.

That's how they treat their customers! They ignore you if there's a problem.
